How I can place my Order?

4.Fill Form (In case of your first order)
5.Click “Place Order” and you’re done !!

Payment can be made through the following Two options

1.Cash on Delivery
Buying online was never that easy before. Now the customer has an option to pay the amount when you receive the Ordered Product/Package
2. Online Payment Accepted
You can pay using any debit or credit card while placing order. On payment option skip cash on delivery and select online payment. Enter your card details and receive OTPO on Phone. Enter OTP and your order will be processed.In case you face any issue call/whatsap +92 337 6051517
3.Bank Payment
For our customer’s convenience bank payment is also available where you can pay directly on our website from any bank account.

How much time Wearup takes to deliver an Order?

We commit to deliver your order at your doorstep within 1 to 5 Days In Pakistan Depending on location, TWO WEEKs, but usually it takes less than a Week.

Do You Ship Internationally, payment and shipping ?

Yes we do International shipping also. Online Payment or bank Transfer both can work in this case but No cash on Delivery for International orders.

We charge USD 35 shipping charges for every international order.

What is replacement and refund policy of Wearup?

As the Prophet MUHAMMAD (S.A.W) said, "The buyer and the seller have the option to cancel or to confirm the deal, as long as they have not parted or till they part, and if they spoke the truth and told each other the defects of the things, then blessings would be in their deal, and if they hid something and told lies, the blessing of the deal would be lost."

That means if buyer finds any fault in the Product he can replace it or he/she have an option to return it and claim the refund. But incase if the buyer placed the wrong order by mistake and want to replace it he must bear the Delivery Charges.

How do You Do Replacement ?

We offer hassle free replacement services. In case of any size issue or wrong item delivery we offer replacement. Replacement services is available in all Cities excluding smaller cities or village areas.

Our rider will drop new item and pick old item. Please ensure item is not used or damaged and in original packing.

Do You charge for Replacement Services ?

In case some wrong size or item is delivered as a mistake from wearup we offer free replacement. In case of customer mistake replacement charge are applicable.

How do i check if the size fits to or not?

To check the size you may check Size Chart available beside the description tab on the product page. Measure the size of Child according to it and choose the correct size that fits best.

Do I have to fill the sign up form for every order that I place?
No, Sign up form is meant to be filled just once at your first order.
